Real Patisserie is an artisan Bakery with two shops in Brighton and Hove. They make French breads and patisserie, Italian breads, pizza and quiche, and also do catering and wholesale. They have a full ecommerce Stockashop, launched in early 2010. Their site makes extensive use of sitewide options, which allows common sandwich ingredients to be displayed graphically on all the sandwich pages. There's also a "build your own sandwich" page, and the customer can choose when and where to collect their order. Justin says: "Sensable Media worked very closely with us to get the website we wanted. They started us off with a basic format, but as we realised the site's potential for sales, helped us to tailor it perfectly for bakery and patisserie. It sounds simple but there are many factors when ordering fresh bakery products online - preparation time; product freshness; shop opening hours – all these things have to be collated automatically so the customer knows immediately when they can pick up the order. Now we have an ordering system that takes all these things into account perfectly. We're really pleased with the site. And frankly impressed at Sensable's technical ability."

They are a set of clickable images which are uploaded once, and can then be shown on many products across a site.

We redesigned it in October 2010 but it's been running since mid 2007. It is a standard ecommerce site, with lots of pages and information, especially in the Help manual. It has a couple of custom made pages, like the portfolio and the Free Trial, but no other special features.
